To ensure clarity and fairness, Isuikwuato Smart City operates under specific terms and conditions:

• Development Period: Allotted plots must be developed within three years. This period is designed to ensure the timely development of the community.

• Grace Period: After the initial three years, a grace period of an additional two years is provided. Plots not developed within this time frame will be marked for revocation.

• Plot Revocation: If a plot is revoked due to non-development, only the money for the plot will be refunded.

• Payment Requirements: Allocation of plots is contingent upon the receipt of payment for the plot and the development fee. The service fee can be paid upfront or at the time of building commencement.
