The concept and vision of Isuikwuato Smart City is to provide a classic residential environment for the middle, nouveau riche class.
The Isuikwuato Smart City is conceived and designed to provide a congenial, serene and clean environment for our teeming illustrious sons and daughters who are craving for such residential environment with good security and ambience that’s similar to where they live abroad and what they are used to.
We Are Committed To Achieving
First and foremost, the goal of this project is to facilitate the urbanisation and rapid development of our community. We believe that siting a Smart City in Isuikwuato will attract investments and businesses, which will, in turn, lead to rapid development and urbanisation of our Local Government.
The second goal is to create and provide an environment that will meet the needs and longings of our people who reside abroad. Many of our people residing abroad are constrained from visiting or returning home because of insecurity. This is a scourge that Isuikwuato Smart City is envisioned to solve.
